Verandah Staterooms on the Disney Wish
Here, you can grab a quick bite to eat without even drying off! The hours are usually pretty generous, too, so if you miss regular lunch and dinner hours at the other restaurants you can still find food here most of the time. A real bonus of these two restaurants is their outstanding views. You’ll have a great chance to enjoy sweeping views of the ocean outside the windows while dining here, something that’s mostly missing in the three main restaruants. With the same general features — but updated, fresher decor — they offered a bright retreat that never felt dark or enclosed. There’s still plenty of room to stow luggage and belongings so you can truly “move in” for the length of your cruise.
Staterooms
Most families will find that the Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah is the perfect combination of amenities and cost for their vacation. While it isn’t nearly as luxurious as the suites, this stateroom category is great for a family of three or four. The general types of staterooms on the Disney Wish are similar to the other ships. The most popular type of room is a verandah stateroom, which is how Disney refers to those rooms with balconies. While the Disney Wish is slightly larger in gross tonnage (GT) than the Dream class ships, the number of passengers is about the same. The restaurants, activities, and amenities on the Wish are different from the other ships, making it really fun to explore even if you are very familiar with the cruise line.
Pools and Splash Pads
While each of these bathrooms has a sink, one has a toilet and one has a shower. This is perfect for families because two people can be getting ready at the same time. There are 1,254 staterooms, which include 53 concierge staterooms and 23 concierge suites. In this number, there are 1,133 outside staterooms (with 948 verandah staterooms and 185 oceanview staterooms), and 121 inside staterooms. Disney Wish further honors Walt with Marceline, the ship's casual buffet offering. Named after the childhood hometown of Walt Disney (Marceline, Missouri), the eatery offers breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, along with complimentary fountain soft drinks -- a rarity among cruise ships.

Then, once you are on your cruise, you'll be able to join an interactive adventure to help recover pieces of a fractured wishing star that have landed in the worlds of Moana, Peter Pan, Princess Tiana and Nemo. This game continues the Disney tradition of using technology to unlock new ways to tell stories. The technology may be complex, but what shines front and center is the story and the magic it creates. Don't forget to pack your eye patches and bandanas, as pirate nights are a go with a "Pirate's Rockin' Parlay Party." And yes, there are pretty substantial fireworks out on deck that night. The first sailing was a four-day cruise that was extended to six due to Hurricane Ian in the Caribbean, so I had plenty of time to thoroughly explore the ship. This show is a reimagined adaptation of the classic film, depicting it as a fast-paced musical comedy. Lastly, there's a space made for adults seeking extra pampering beyond the spa. At the bright and airy Untangled Salon, you can treat yourself to a number of hair and nail services, including haircuts, blowouts and manicures.
Suite
Don't be surprised if you're still finding hidden gems -- like the mammoth Fairytale Fresh Laundry self-serve complex, tucked away on the forward elevator bank on Deck 8 -- well into your cruise. Kids still have a dedicated zone, this time on Deck 2 below the atrium. Click on top left to choose a different ship or use the menu above which is specific for Disney Wish. A demand-based heating and cooling system onboard adapts in real time to deliver the ideal amount of temperature-controlled air throughout the ship while saving nearly 700 tons of fuel annually.
There are 1,254 individual cabins aboard Disney Wish, most of which offer private balconies. Only 121 staterooms are insides, while 185 are oceanview staterooms with picture windows. Adults will appreciate this pool, sundeck, and bar that’s made just for them. We all love our family time, but there’s nothing like a little getaway just for the grown-ups while the kids are spending time at the youth clubs. Marceline Market is the go-to spot for breakfast and lunch on the ship (though one of the rotational dining restaurants is usually also open for breakfast and lunch). If you want the best of the best, go for the almost 2,000-square-foot Wish Tower Suite, which is set in the forward funnel of the ship.

They each sleep either 4 or 5 guests and are a little larger than the Deluxe Oceanview Staterooms, with an extra 21 square feet of floor space, which is around 8% more.
